More than 20 years of experience in QA and Delivery. Shipping software for global teams. More than 12 years in management and leadership roles, building teams and methodology from the ground up more than once. That taught me one thing. Tools change, discipline doesn't.

I lead and manage QA and Delivery teams, and drive AI adoption at organizational scale, from founding AI departments to running the training that comes with them. I build custom solutions where nothing off the shelf fits, connect systems to third-party vendors, and build multi-agent systems and automation workflows myself. I help teams adopt AI without breaking what already works. In practice that means AI that fits cleanly into existing workflows, pipelines that fail loudly instead of quietly, and guardrails that still hold when a model does something nobody planned for.

I also create content about AI: pulling apart the tools, the workflows and the failures in public, so other teams do not have to learn the same lessons twice. On stage I show real systems, real failures and real numbers, never slideware.
